I thought it was interesting that in the article I read about it, they said that a book being pulled simply for repulsive content almost never happens. I guess it really is a big deal.

I think that if they had just been publishing a book, it would have gone forward. The combo of the TV “special” and the book was just too much.

Hitchens had a great op-ed in yesterday’s Wall Street Journal where he found the whole idea preposterous partially because of the fact that OJ apparently can’t read or write.
He said OJ’s illiteracy came out in his trial, but I have no recollection of that.

I really don’t remember hearing that either, but I really didn’t follow the trial to any great extent. However, author or via ghostwriter, it really doesn’t matter.
