Ah, but the new Doctor Who starts airing on SciFi beginning March 17th. That should tide us over until October.

So they are only going to have 2 sets of episodes this year instead of three? Bummer.

Same number of episodes as season 2: 20.

I was mistaken, SCIFI never did that for BSG. They had three subseasons for each year for SG1 in the past. Fall is a long time to wait for new episodes.

They will have new episodes for the StarGate shows in July this summer as well.
This format no doubt affects how many cliffhangers the writers put into a season.
