There's got to be a point where the costs out weigh any expected benefit. Kerry's done. This is mainly due to the fact that no one knows what his campaign is about about. Gephardt's is about NAFTA, trade unions and the manufacturing economy. Not a winning formula, but its a formula. Dean's formula is new-age populism (sort of).
