    According to radio reports out of CA, the Ninth Circuit has overturned the 3-judge panel, and has ordered the election to proceed.

    First step. Next, I predict Davis will get recalled, but Bustamante and Arnie will tie (because of the hanging chads). It will go back to the courts who will install Bustamante (being lieutenant gov). Republicans will never "get over it".
