    I've always thought that campaign finance reform was working the wrong end of the system. The way to reform the system is on the "demand" side. The "supply" side attempts are doomed to failure.

    As long as our government controls a few trillion dollars (directly and indirectly) people will spend money to influence it. To stop the flow campaign money, we need to shrink its role in our lives.
