This has been the plan. Ever since that load of cattle came into the country from Canada during the last MadCow infestation. They found like 75 of them and destroyed them but said they were unable to locate about 35 of them if I remember right. I thought right then that they are going to continue feeding their cattle the way they have been and if somethign happens they can blame it on the Cannucks. Plan A is now if operation.
