    Blatantly missing is my ammendment proposal to have horses and sheep counted as dependents on one's income tax. I called my congresslady on that one several years ago. However, now with the Lawrence decision and Mayor Newsom paving the way for all sorts of new social relations, I still might have a chance.

    Also missing is the proposed 2nd Amendment requiring an intervening election before a motion for a salary increase could come for a vote.

    Actually, no--it was eventually ratified and became the 27th Amendment.
