    1. I hate to confess in a public forum, but I don’t get it. :(

      If it is a scifi reference, which considering the venue I assume it is, I am certainly scifi-knowledge deficient.

    2. It is a scifi ref, yes. It is basically a ref to a set of rather gruesome stories by H.P. Lovecraft (see here.

      There is something especially funny (in a sick humor kind of way) of putting that on a “putting children first” license plate.

    4. I don’t think that I have ever read any of Lovecraft’s work, but I am familiar with it.
