Obviously, the Democratic run Congress needs to make more use-less decisions to help fix all the problems that they claim is wrong with the way that the Republican run Congress ran things. What? When someone is politically killing themselves you should just get out of the way and let them kill themselves. Resolutions by Congress on issues like this only change the focus.
