On my last visit my orthopedic surgeon’s office required me to fill out a new paper work as if I was a new patient and they needed my insurance card. Despite the fact that none of my information had changed and this was a follow up from my surgery they needed all of my information again. I have been a continuous patient for over two years. None of my information has changed in the time. I was very irritated since this made me late for my appointment. Under surgeries performed I wrote “only the ones performed by you.” I can go one better.
