I have a friend whose husband had something mailed to him with his social printed on the outside of the envelope. She FREAKED OUT when it showed up in the mail that way. I don’t remember who sent it, but I think it was some govenment agency. They joined one of those credit monitoring systems immediately thereafter.

Courious to know if it was the VA…Been a bad year cyber-security with that agency!
