DNC sent out massive email telling supporters to vote immediately after debate at a varity of websites. cnn.com,msnbc.com, usatoday.com etc. He then informed them to write letters to editor and call radio and tv stations to let them know how Kerry won. This explains the huge numbers so quickly after debate.

I had a similar thought. I was simply reporting what ol’ Stephy had to say.
