In the video, Mr Castro is wearing a Cuban national team track suit and is shown sitting, as well as on his feet.

The tight control on all media appearance (such as they are) continues. I continue to wonder why he hasn’t directly addressed the public and therefore what it is that the Cuban government is hiding/afraid of.
