But let’s not get to fired up on Romo we still need to see him in action when he faces a team for the second time. FYI: My Joe Montana is cheering for the Cowboys and driving his father nuts.

True enough: however, if one thinks of all of the QBs who have started for Dallas since Aikman retired, who has been better than Romo or made you think “here’s a real possible long-term solution”?
That’s what I mean. I am not dubbing him the next Aikman or Staubach (not even the next Danny White), but he is clearly the best we’ve had over the last however many years now.
