Here’s a preliminary list of polisci blogs from my ongoing census.

For the purporse of categorization, I am including all blogs from practicing academics* with terminal degrees** who study politics (as such, some of the bloggers have degrees in policy or stats).

Blogging Political Scientists:
Abu Aardvark (Marc Lynch)
Between The Lines (Jeffery Sadow)
Crooked Timber (group)
Daniel W. Drezner
Fruits and Votes (Matthew Shugart)
Jawa Report (pseudonymous: Dr. Rusty Shackleford)
Lawyers, Guns and Money (group: Scott Lemieux, Robert Farley, David Watkins)
PoliBlog (Steven L. Taylor)
Political Arithmetik (Charles Franklin)
Political Behavior Blog (group)
politicalman (Mark Griffith)
Polysigh (group)
La Profesora Abstraida (Michelle Dion)
Professor Chaos (pseudonymous)
Public Brewery (Paul Brewer — on hiatus)

Social Science Statistics Blog (group)

Blogging PoliSci PhDs not Currently in Academia
Andrew Sullivan
Arms and Influence (Tom Grant, aka, Kingdaddy)
Brett Martson (abd)
Outside the Beltway (James Joyner)

Again: if I am missing you, or a blog you know of, please let me know.

And, I still need to sort through the Crooked Timber list.

*It is possible that there are blogs written by Ph.Ds in political science, but who do not expressly identify themselves as such, and may not even blog on politics.

**Some of the group blogs includes some abds. I am also compiling gradute student blogs as I encounter them.
