Such is the score post-compromise in terms of the Appeals Court nominees who had previoulsy been delayed via filibusters:
Via WaPo: Senate Confirms Griffith for Appeals Court
With a 73-24 vote, Griffith becomes the newest judge on the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeal for the District of Columbia, taking a seat that the Bush administration originally wanted for filibustered Hispanic lawyer Miguel Estrada.
Chillin’ continues to be the approved position on this issue for the moment.
