Via CNN: Bomb hits Columbia [sic!] president’s campaign office
A bomb exploded Thursday outside a campaign office of Colombian President Alvaro Uribe, but caused no injuries.The bombing came just days before elections that are expected to hand the conservative lawyer a second term.
First off: would someone please teach CNN’s headline writers how to spell ColOmbia?
Second: there were numerous attempts on Uribe’s life the first time he ran, so this is hardly a surprise.
The details:
