I, too, find the phrase “I could care less” rather annoying for the reasons described in the video.

Also, while we are on the topic of English usage.  If one is asked how one slept, the appropriate answer is “well” not “good.”  To say “I slept good” would imply some sort of moral evaluation of your sleeping, but would not indicate the quality of said sleep.  Same applies to “how are you?” as “I am good” or  just “good” is really rather egotistical, if one stop to think about it.
