The backstory:
The newspaper reported that the unidentified batboy accepted a dare from Dodgers pitcher Brad Penny to try to drink a gallon of milk in less than an hour without throwing up.According to the report, Penny offered the boy $500 if he could accomplish the task. The Marlins would not comment on the suspension to the Herald, but the boy will not be allowed to work during the upcoming six-game homestand.

Florida- The rules are different here Chapter IV
Former Florida Marlin Pitcher Brad Penny is absolutely right here. Just makes MLB look dumb, but they have a history of that. Read here for an example.

Well, for one thing, it was the Marlins organization, not Major League Baseball, that suspended him. And considering that there can be a health risk involved in consuming that large of an amount of milk in a short time, I think at the minimum a fine is certainly justified.
Remember he teacher who made his students drink a large amount of milk as an “experiment” and most got sick?

Granted, it isn’t MLB, but please:
Rafe takes roids: 10 games.
Kenny Rogers shoves a cameraman: 20 (and it got reduced, I think)
Kid engages in a silly, goofy bet in which he drank too much milk and barfed: 6 games.
Surely, there is something wrong with this picture (not the least of which being that Rafe only got 10 games).
