First, Bolivia’s Evo Morales knees an opponent in the man region during a soccer game and now Peru’s Alan Garcia is denying slapping a critic.

Garcia denies striking the man (who called Garcia “corrupt” and who claims that Garcia’s bodyguards beat him up) although he admits to a verbal confrontation.
