A federal judge on Wednesday sentenced the son of a co-founder of Colombia’s Cali cocaine cartel to nearly 22 years in prison.William Rodriguez-Abadia, 40, could serve less than the 21-year, 10-month term if prosecutors agree that his cooperation has been substantial in a case against his father and uncle.
